1. License Grant

ViZual (“the Software”) is licensed, not sold. Singular Echo Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial creative projects in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the property of Singular Echo Inc. and its licensors. This Agreement grants you only the right to use the Software, not ownership of it or its source code.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell the Software without written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Software.
  • Circumvent license controls, share license keys, or use unauthorized versions.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and possible legal action.

4. Anti-Piracy & License Verification

The Software may include lightweight license verification to prevent unauthorized use and improve product stability. These systems do not collect personal or project data.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Singular Echo Inc. respects your privacy. The Software and Singular Echo Inc. will NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial gain. Any optional data collected (such as crash reports or usage statistics) is used solely to improve the Software’s performance and user experience.

6. User Content & Promotional Use

You retain full rights to all content you create with ViZual. Singular Echo Inc. makes no ownership claims over your projects.

From time to time, Singular Echo Inc. may request your permission to feature your creations, screenshots, or project titles for promotional purposes (for example, on the website, community highlights, or social media). This will only occur with your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Singular Echo Inc. does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Singular Echo Inc., its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software. Singular Echo Inc. may also terminate the license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be deleted. Reinstalling or resuming use of the Software after termination constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance Tracking

Accepting this agreement inside the ViZual account portal or desktop application records the EULA version (2025-10-17) and the acceptance timestamp in your user profile. If this agreement changes, you will be prompted to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the Software.


By installing or using ViZual, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA.
