How do I contact support?

The best way is to join our Discord and ping an admin. Alternatively, you can email support@vizual.space.

Why doesn’t Alpha or Trial allow export?

Trial will never allow exports. Alpha access may allow exports on request. Show us what you’re working on and we might enable export for your account. By default, export is disabled to block any kind of commercial use.

Is there a macOS or Linux version of ViZual™?

Not yet, but it’s coming. If you’re interested in testing, ping us on Discord!

What are credits used for?

Once signed in, you can enable AI generation on modules. This lets you generate backgrounds using AI. (Check the module’s settings.) Cost is 1 credit per image for the Stable XL model and 2 credits per image with MidJourney 7.

How do I get Alpha access?

First create an account on the /account page (or sign in with Google). Once you’re logged in, submit a request for Alpha access. An admin will approve or reject the request—you’ll receive an email either way. Please be patient; if you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, ping the team on Discord.

Why can’t I see downloads?

Downloads appear only if you have approved Alpha access or if you’ve purchased the software.

Where do emails come from?

From no-reply@vizual.space. Add it to contacts and check spam if missing.

How do I delete my account?

Use the Delete Account action in /account. Be aware that deleting your account also removes access to the software (including Alpha builds).
